Baboo offers large format matte C-prints which are like any other photo, except the paper it's printed on is not glossy and shiny. We offer this flat finished photo paper for your photography, artwork and commercial media. Our matte digital C-prints are printed on archival paper and are fade resistant. We also offer digital C-prints on metallic archival paper stocks.
Glossy photo prints have a shiny finish while matte ones have a more subtle neutral one. If you are unsure whether you would prefer matte or glossy prints for your photographc, fine art or commercial media, here are some pros of each to help you decide:
Glossy
- Shiny finished photo paper.
- Colors are vibrant & images are crisp and sharp
Matte
- Does not reflect light and are thus easier to view at almost any light condition.
- Photos printed on matte paper can have a more professional look. This is especially true with black and white photographs.
